The HealthCard Now VIP Series is not available in AK, KS, MT, or VT at this time. Please call Member Services at (866) 395-3097 periodically as more of these states become available.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your VIP HealthCard Now Membership during the first 30 days by notifying us in writing and returning your ID cards, you will receive, within 30 days, a full refund of membership dues.

Program Disclosures

The HealthCard Now VIP program is NOT INSURANCE but provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The discount program does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member must pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the program operator, Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. The range of discounts for health care services provided through the program will vary depending on the type of provider and service received. Equal or lower pricing may be available through individual negotiations. Prescription discounts are available only at participating pharmacies. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. An up-to-date list of providers, including the provider's name, city, and specialty is available before purchase and upon request. Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc.'s corporate offices are located at 4929 W. Royal Ln., Ste. 200, Irving TX 75063 and can be reached toll-free at (866) 395-3097 or at www.healthcardnow.com. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time, and if you cancel your membership during the first 30 days by notifying us in writing and returning your membership cards, you will receive a full refund of membership dues within 30 days. Nominal enrollment fees are non-refundable except as required by law. In Florida the term "program" means "plan.

A health discount program is not considered a plan for purposes of creditable coverage. A certificate of creditable coverage will NOT be issued upon termination of the discount program. VIP HealthCard Now representatives receive compensation for promoting this benefit package and for selling memberships.
