Refund Policy
If you cancel your VIP HealthCard Now Membership during the first 30 days by notifying us in writing and returning your ID cards, you will receive, within 30 days, a full refund of membership dues.
Program Disclosures
VIP HealthCard Now medical discount programs are NOT INSURANCE, but provide discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. The VIP HealthCard Now discount program does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the program. VIP HealthCard Now makes available, before purchase and upon request a list of providers, including the provider's name, city and specialty. Equal or lower prices may be available through individual negotiations. The Discount Medical Plan Organization is Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. (PME), with its corporate offices located at 4929 W. Royal Lane, Irving, TX 75063. Note: Certain services may not be available in all states. Exclusions and limitations apply. In Florida, the term "program" means "plan".
A health discount program is not considered a plan for purposes of creditable coverage. A certificate of creditable coverage will NOT be issued upon termination of the discount program. VIP HealthCard Now representatives receive compensation for promoting this benefit package and for selling memberships.
