A 24 - hour, toll free help line reaching experienced registered nurses who offer confidential medical counseling and answers to medical questions. These nurses are trained to offer prompt, confidential medical counseling on topics such as prescription medication, diagnostic and surgical procedures, and medical conditions in order to assist you in making a decision about your medical care. (Not available in California.)

The HealthCard Now Solutions Series is not available in AK, FL, IL, KS, MT, SC, UT or VT at this time. Please call Member Services at (866) 353-1347 periodically as more of these states become available.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your HealthCard Now Membership during the first 30 days by notifying us in writing and returning your ID cards, you will receive, within 30 days, a full refund of membership dues excluding the one-time enrollment fee (except where prohibited by state law).

Program Disclosures

HealthCard Now is NOT INSURANCE or a health insurance policy, but provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. HealthCard Now does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member must pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the program operator, Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. A list of providers, including the provider's name, city, and specialty is available before purchase and upon request. Equal or lower pricing may be available through individual negotiations. Prescription discounts are available only at participating pharmacies. If you cancel your membership during the first 30 days by notifying us in writing and returning your membership cards, you will receive, within 30 days a full refund of membership dues. A medical discount program is not considered a plan for purposes of creditable coverage. A certificate of creditable coverage will NOT be issued upon termination of the discount program. HealthCard Now representatives receive compensation for promoting this program and for selling memberships.
