Travel Assistance and Emergency Medical Evacuation Services are available when you are traveling over 100 miles away from home and you are faced with a serious injury or illness or a travel related emergency. All medical services are provided based on medical necessity, which is determined by the program's Medical Advisor in collaboration with the eligible member's attending physician. Assistance Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, worldwide.
