Signature 300
The HealthCard Now Signature 300 program is a limited benefit insurance program designed to reduce your health care costs and help protect your family in case of accident. In addition to numerous consumer savings features, Signature 300 members receive the following limited benefit insurance which is under the Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Medical Care Insurance policy and is an added benefit of your membership featuring:
- Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance**
- Accident Medical/Dental Expense Insurance**
- Daily Hospital Confinement Benefit**
- Intensive Care Unit Benefit**
- Doctor Visit Benefit**
- Inpatient /Outpatient Surgical**
The programs described on this website are not available in AK, CT, FL, KY, LA, ME, NJ, NY, OR, WA or VT.
*All members of the Signature 1000 plan are enrolled into the America's Health Care Consumer Association to be eligible to receive these benefits. The Critical Illness benefits are underwritten by AIG Life Insurance Company of Wilmington, DE and subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of coverage as set forth in the description of coverage provided in your membership materials and the Group Critical Illness policy No. CIP8600219 issued to the America's Health Care Consumer Association. Coverage is not provided for members over the age of 64. Coverage becomes effective on the date provided in your membership materials.
