Medical Discount Programs:
HealthCard Now Medical Discount Programs are NOT INSURANCE, but provide discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. The HealthCard Now discount program does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The member is obligated to pay for all healthcare services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. HealthCard Now makes available, before purchase and upon request a list of providers, including the provider’s name, city and specialty. Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc. is the operator of the HealthCard Now medical discount program, with its corporate offices located at 4929 W. Royal Lane, Irving, TX 75063.
Medical Discount Programs with Defined Insurance Assistance:
Some HealthCard Now programs available in select states and which include additional defined insurance assistance are provided through membership in America’s Health Care Consumer Association (AHCCA), a national membership organization committed to helping consumers save money. For programs that include additional defined insurance assistance, all active members are automatically included under a group insurance policy as an added, separate benefit. Limited Benefit Plans:
HealthCard Now Limited Benefit Plans are provided through membership in America's Health Care Consumer Association (AHCCA), a national membership organization committed to helping consumers save money. These services include a broad array of non-insurance products providing you significant savings.
The HealthCard Now Limited Benefit Plans are NOT traditional health insurance, basic health insurance or major medical insurance. However, these membership plans include added limited benefit insurance. Exclusions and limitations apply.
